PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, DAN RETURN ON ASSET TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN INDEKS LQ-45 TAHUN 2012-2016

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze and know the effect between Current Ratio, Company Size, Leverage, and Return On Assets on Dividend Policy in Public Company LQ-45 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. In this research, four independent variables are assumed to influence Dividend Policy, ie Current Ratio, Company Size, Leverage, and Return On Asset with multiple linear regression equation using Stepwise method is tested classical assumption using Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) program version 22.0 for windows and Microsoft Excel 2010. Company samples taken as many as 24 companies from 45 public company. The outputss of this research indicate that the Return On Asset gives a significant influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio. While Current Ratio, Company Size, and Leverage do not give significant influence to Dividend Payout Ratio. The coefficient of determination indicates that in this research 23,7% change of Dividend Payout Ratio caused by Return On Asset. Meanwhile, the remaining 76.3% was caused by other variables not examined in this study, such as Managerial Ownership.
