PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, PROFITABILITAS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

(Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016)

Abstract

One of company’s main goals is to improve the firm value by increasing the prosperity of the shareholders through a high of stock price. The higher of stock price it’s means the higher of firm value. This research aims to knows the influence Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy, Profitability and Firm Size to the Firm Size. The populations in the research are Manufacturing Companies Customer Goods Sector were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 2013-2016 periods. The selection of the sample using the method of purposive sampling and the sample used as many as 34 companies. Analytical techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple linear. The results showed that Dividen Policy, Profitability and Firm Size has a significant influence to the Firm Value. While the Funding Decisions has no significant influence to the Firm Value.
