The Influence of Cash Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over, Growth Sales, and Solvability on Profitability

(Based on Empirical Studies in Retail Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016)

Abstract

Profitability ratio is one of ratio that aims to measure the ability of companies in obtaining profit within a certain time and also gives a picture about the level of processing effectiveness and the efficiency a management in carrying out its operations to measure it is used net income generated against assets owned. This study uses secondary data population in this research a company of retail trade sub sector listed on Indonesia stock exchange year 2012-2016. The sample used is 8 companies, sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the data testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study show that partially cash turnover, sales growth and inventory turnover, has no effect on profitability but Solvability Has a negative effect on profitability.
