PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN DAN CURRENT RATIO TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL

Capital structure is one of the serious problems in the management of the company because good or bad capital structure in the company will be very directly affect the company's financial that will affect the value of the company itself. This study aims to determine and test the effect of Retun On Equity (ROE), Company Size, Sales Growth, and Current Ratio (CR) to Capital Structure in food and beverage sub-sector period 2012-2016. The population in this study as many as 16 companies and samples used as many as 10 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data used in the form of secondary data in the form of audited financial statements for the period 2012-2016. The method used is hypothesis testing (testing hypothesis). The tool used is descriptive statistics with analysis of classical assumption test and tested by using IBM Statical Paskagefor Social Sciences (SPSS) V.22.0 for windows program. The results showed that the Return On Equity has a positive and significant influence on capital structure, Sales Growth and Current Ratio has a negative and significant influence on capital structure, while the size of the company has no significant effect on capital structure. Determination coefficient (R2) shows the number of 0.587 means 58.7% variation Capital Structure influenced Return On Equity, Company Size, Sales Growth, Current Ratio 41.3% is influenced by other variables out of capital.
