ANALISIS FUNDAMENTAL ATAS VOLUME PERDAGANGAN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DALAM INDEKS KOMPAS 100 PERIODE 2012-2016
Abstract
The stock market plays an important role in the economic growth. Stocks which have a good fundamental will continue to do business even in worst of times and will increase demand for the stock which impact trading volume activity. Trading volume is the number of shares transacted every day. The aim of this research is determining the significance of the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Yield (DY) on trading volume activity. The populations are 11 bank companies and the samples are 7 bank companies which are listed in Kompas 100 Index. The samples are chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data type is quantitive sourced from the www.idx.co.id. Multiple linear regression was used as an analytical tool. Results of the analysis showed that Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on trading volume activity of bank companies listed in Kompas 100 Index. While variable Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend Yield do not have significant effect on trading volume activity of bank companies listed in Kompas 100 Index.
