This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, return on equity, sales growth, and earning per share against price to book value in companies whose shares are incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population in this study are as many as 30 companies and the sample used were as many as 13 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS v.20 with the Stepwise method. The results showed that the return on equity ratio, sales growth, and earning per share does affect the price to book value. While the debt to equity ratio does not affect the price to book value in companies whose shares are incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.
