In this study using 4 variables, namely Price (X1), Promotion (X2), and Product Quality (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y) Diaper Pokana Pants on consumers of PT. MALINDO CEMERLANG PRATAMA, Pegadungan, West Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people, calculated using Slovin Formula with a method used probability sampling. Distribution of questionnaires using Simple Random Sampling techniques. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire given were then processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 software and SPSS 20.0 software. The results of multiple linear regression tests are Y = -0.267 + 1.2551 X1 + 0.221 X2 + 0.048 X3. Variable (X1) has a positive influence on (Y). Variable (X2) has a positive influence on (Y). Variable (X3) is not bound to (Y). Hypothesis test results (t) show partial (X1) have a significant effect on (Y), variable (X2) partially influence and significant to (Y), variable (X3) partially not related to (Y)
