Human resources as the main focus of every organization in an effort to achieve goals. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Competence have a significant effect on Employee Performance Human Resources Division In LPP TVRI, JAKARTA. Sampling technique is Saturated Samples, which all employees are sampled 40 respondents. For the statistic method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square shows the average value of 0.787 of 78.7% of the value of Employee Performance influenced by motivation variable, Organizational Culture and Competence . While the remaining 21.3% (100% -21.3%) is influenced by other variables outside this study. The results of this study indicate the variables Motivation and Organizational Culture Affects Employee Performance, while the Competence variable has no effect on Employee Performance.
