Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of professionalism and work behavior on teacher performance and curriculum changes that moderate the relationship. This research uses quantitative approach with the subject of research is teacher at MTs Annajah Foundation, South Jakarta, amounting to 30 people. Data were collected by questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis. Prior to moderation, partially professionalism had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount (6,832)> ttable (2.055) and Sig. t (0,000) <(0.05). Working behavior on teacher performance has positive and significant effect with tcount (2,202)> ttable (2,055) and Sig value. t (0,036) <(0,05). Simultaneously professionalism and work behavior have positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount (62,883)> Ftable (3,35) and Sig. F (0,000) <(0,05). After moderation, partial professionalism has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount (7,461)> ttable (2.055) and Sig value. t of (0,000) <(0.05). Working behavior on teacher performance increasingly positive and significant influence with the value of tcount (2.586)> ttable (2.055) with the value of Sig. t (0,015) <(0,05). Simultaneously, professionalism and work behavior increasingly have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount (351,030)> Ftable (3,35) and Sig. F (0,000) <(0,05). It can be said that moderation by curriculum change regression strengthens independent variable relation to dependent variable significantly.
