Social Capital, Absorptive Capacity, Participation dan Peningkatan UMKM Berbasis IT DI Jakarta Tahun 2017

This research is a study on small and medium enterprises (UMKM). Currently, many people create new jobs, such as MSMEs. In the business did not escape from social media. Social media can grow the business well. This research is aimed to find out whether social capital, absorptive capacity and participation have a positive effect on the improvement of UMKM based IT in Jakarta in 2017. This research methodology consists of qualitative research type. The population in this study is SMEs in Jakarta with a working duration of at least 5 years with a sample of 150 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are primary data obtained through questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire with a likert scale that has been answered by 150 people respondents who have been tabulated in Microsoft Excel 2010 and calculated based on SPSS AMOS SEM Version 22.0, and secondary data obtained from the results of literature study . The results showed that social capital X1 (0.00) had a significant effect on the increase in UMKM-based IT, absorptive capacity X2 (0.00) had a significant effect on the increase in UMKM-based IT, while participation X3 (0.108) had a significant effect on UMKM-based increase IT. The value of R2 (0.811) means that it is influenced by social capital variable, absorptive capacity and participation of 81,1% and the remaining 18,9% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Suggestions for this research is that the government pay more attention to the quality of human resources of UMKM in various sectors.
