Abstract

 


               This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as many as 40 respondents at PT Benesse Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sampling technique. This study examines the effect of leadership style programs, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership style variables and job satisfaction do not affect employee performance. While the motivation program variables affect employee performance.
