Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of companies in competitive competition and to take advantage of every opportunity that exists and minimize the threats facing the company to excel in competition. Adapaun problems raised in this paper are analyzing external and internal factors, SWOT matrix, IE matrix, what alternative strategies companies use to deal with competition and company performance. This study uses a SWOT analysis tool, carried out by survey methods (interviews and questionnaires) to company leaders with employees involved in the field of marketing and consumer companies, the results are then analyzed by a SWOT analysis tool consisting of Internal Factor Evaluation {IFE}; External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Analysis of Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM).
