PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, RETURN ON ASSET, TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

(Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Properti dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2017)

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value in the Property and Real Estate Sub Sector period 2015-2017. The sampling using purposivensampling method. The population of this research was 48 companies and the sample used was 22 companies innthe property and real estate sub-sectors listed innthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is the Hypothesis Testing. The analysis tool usednis multiple linear regressionnanalysis tested using Statistical Package for the Social  Science (SPSS) versionn21.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The data  use is secondary data innthe form of complete financial statement during the study period. The resultsnof this research show that currentnratio and debt to equity ratio  hasnsignificant influence to the firm value whereas return on asset and total asset turnover does not have any influence to firm value.
