Abstract

This research is intended to examine the Outflow of Employees, the Frequency of Absenteeism, and the Work Environment on Employee Satisfaction within an organization. For that matter, how big correlation of three factor of independent variable to Employee Satisfaction as dependent variable. The purpose of this study is intended to see the correlation between variables and the effectiveness of Employee Satisfaction in the application. Sampling in this research is based on purposive sampling, the respondents are employees amounted to 150 people. Respondents are employees at South Jakarta Mayor Office. Methodology technique used for data collection is with the distribution of questionnaires and interviews from the first resource is the primary data. The statistical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and the test of this research is conducted for 3 (three) months. The conclusions of this study are demographically, the majority of respondents are Men, have a long working level 10-30 years and have been involved in Employee Satisfaction. The result of this research is that the entry of Employee (0,096) has a positive effect on employee satisfaction, while the Absenteeism Frequency Absence (-0,271) has a negative effect on Employee Satisfaction. Working Environment (0.744) also has a positive effect on Employee Satisfaction.
