Abstract

This research aim to determine: (1) the effect of financial reward on carrer selection become public accountants (2) the effect of job market considerations on carrer selection become public accountants (3) the effect of the work environment on carrer selection become public accountants (4) the effect of professional recognition on carrer selection become public accountants.

This research was included as a casual research, the sample that used in this research is student and the major is accountan on 2014-2015 on the five University in West Jakarta and South Jakarta about 125 student. Technique sampling with purposive sampling. Data collections techniques using questionnaires. Data processing using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. This research support from using program application SPSS v.19.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010.

Base on this research finansial reward has no effect on carrer selection become public accountants while job market considerations, work environment, and professional recognition there is has effect on selection become public accountants
