Abstract

Increasing the value of the company’s high is a long-term goal that should be achieved by the company that will be reflected in the market price of the shares. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Company Growth, Dividend Policy, and Profitability to the corporate value on the company’s food and beverage subsectors listed on the Stock Exchange the period of 2012-2016. This research is a quantitative study using purposive sampling techniques in sampling, and acquired 9 companies from 16 companies. Analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression model. The results showed that partialeous Managerial Ownerhip, Company Growth, and Dividend Policy, has no significant effect on Corporate value, while Profitability significantly influence Corporate Value.
