PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

(STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUBSEKTORPROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATEYANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013- 2017)

Abstract

The enhancement of value a company is a company long-term goal that should be reach by company, it will be reflected to market price shares. The research aims to know the influence of Capital Structue, Profitability, Firm Size, and Liquidity to Firm Value. This study was performed on manufacturing companies sub sector property listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The number of samples taken is 20 companies. The sampling method on this study using quantitative and using multiple regression analysis techniques. This study indicate that capital structure and profitability positive effect on the firm value, nevertheless liquidity and firm size has no effect to firm value.
