Abstract

this study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth, profitability, leverage policy and dividend policy to the firm value. The populations in this study is a property company listed on the BEI period 2013 – 2016. The number of samples used are 15 companies or equal to 60 observation data. In determining the sample in this study using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 19. The data of the research were analyze by multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the sale growth and leverage policy does not significantly affect firm value while profitability and dividend policy have a significant positive effect .
