PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2013-2016)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company growth, firm size, capital structure and liquidity on firm value. The population is a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the IDX for the 2013-2016 period with a sample of 10 companies using purposive sampling method. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model using the Statistical Product and Service Solution software program (SPSS 19.0). The results showed that the growth of the company had no significant effect on the value of the company, the size of the company had no significant effect on the value of the company, the capital structure did not significantly influence the value of the company, liquidity had a significant effect on the value of the company.
