PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN
(Studi Empiris Pada PerusahaanManufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013 -2016)
Abstract
Dividend policy is the percentage of net income after taxes distributed as dividends to shareholders. Dividend Policy is a decision to determine the amount of share of income to be shared with shareholders and the part that will be held by the company. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, profitability, liquidity and sales growth on dividend policy in manufacturing companies of food and beverage industry sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2016. The sample of this research consists of 12 companies manufacturing food and beverage industry sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2013-2016 by using side sideside sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that firm size and liquidity variables have a significant effect towards positive and Leverage have a significant effect to the dividend policy. while profitability and sales growth variables have no significant effect on dividend policy.
