PENGARUH STRUKTUR AKTIVA, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, RETURN ON EQUITY DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2012-2016

Abstract

Indonesia is the one of the coal producing and eksporting countries. Many company are location around this coal mines cause business competition amongst increasingly stringen companies. Competition in the business world and the increasingly hard economy has made a company trying to increase the value of the company. This study aims of determine and test the setting of Capital Structure, Firm Size, Return On Equity, Sales Growth of capital structure in the mining sub-sector in Stock Exchange period 2012 – 2016. Population in this study as many as 24 company and the sample used in question 13 company. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive significant influence between Asset Structure and Return On Equity on Capital Structure, During Firm Size and Sales Growth have no effect on Capital Structure in coal mining sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016.
