Abstract

Food plays an important role to the nation's character formers, where the "Nation Builders" Indonesia is expected to be fulfilled nutrition. The main problem of the world "Restaurant" in Indonesia still has some constraints related to the quality of food such as the quality of food served, adequate facilities and affordable prices. The main solution is to improve the quality of food. The purpose of this research is to know how to improve the quality of the restaurant quality, and how to create customer satisfaction Data in this study collected through literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires distribution. The opinion of respondents converted into quantitative data using Likert scale. The population of this study is Kampeng Steak.Sampel customers who used as many as 100 respondents and selected using probability sampling, using simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is useful to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Variable quality of the product partially has a significant influence on Kampoeng Steak customers.Variable restaurant facilities and prices have a partial insignificant influence on student satisfaction. The regression equation formed is Y = 1.226 + 0.126 (X1) +0,020 (X2) +0,050 (X3). Product quality variables, restaurant facilities and prices simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in Kampoeng Steak West Jakarta.
