Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of return on asset, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio of dividend payout ratio on the company LQ45 which listed on Indonesia stock Exchange years 2012-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, and based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 19 companies. The method used in this research is the testing of hipotesisis (testing the hypothesis). Analysis tools used in this research is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression aided by SPSS version 24.0 by the method of enter and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this research show that return on assets effect on dividend payout ratio, current ratio does not affect the dividend payout ratio, and debt to equity ratio does not affect the dividend payout ratio on the company LQ45 which listed on Indonesia stock Exchange in 2012 until 2016.
