Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether the existence of Disciplinary work, influence and motivation of work and career development of employees on performance partially on PT Transmarco Karawaci Tangerang. The population in the study are employees at the Hushpuppies PT Transmarco Karawaci Tangerang with sampling techniques using sampling of saturated with number of respondents as many as 50 people. This research method using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show the value R Square (Adjusted R2) or square of the determinant of the coefficient R, shows. Adjusted R Square shows 0, 957 meaning of 95.7% of the value of the employee's Performance is affected by the variable Work Discipline, motivation and career development. While the rest of 4.3% (100%-95.7%) influenced by variables other than this research. Multiple linear regression equations are formed i.e. Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + e. The conclusions of this research showed that Motivation and career development Work significant influential partially against the performance of Employees, while The discipline of work has no effect on performance of employees are partial.
