Pengaruh Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return On Equity, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Stuktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Restoran, Hotel, Dan Pariwisata Periode 2012-2016

Abstract

Companies need funding to keep the operational processes running. Funding sources can come from both own capital and  foreign capital. The funding sources of their own capital are usually retained earnings and share capital. Foreign capital is funds obtained from outside the company which is a source of funding provided by the creditor or investor. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, return on equity, and firm size on the capital structure at the company sub sectors restaurant, hotel, and tourism listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population in this study as many as 27 companies and the sample used as many as 19 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS (Statistical Package fot the Sosial Science) version 23 with Stepwise method. The results showed that the current ratio, total asset turnover, and firm size effect the capital structure. While return on equity does not effect the capital structure at the company sub sector restaurant, hotel, and tourism listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.
