Abstract

Human resources are the main focus of every organization in an effort to achieve the goal. Therefore, HR becomes the main determinant of success of every organization so should motivation for members need to be improved. This study aims at determining whether there is ian effect of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction partially on PT. Servindo Jaya Utama, South Jakarta. Population in this research is Employee PT. Servindo Jaya Utama, South Jakarta. Sampling technique is Sampling saturation, that is sample determination technique when all member of population used as sample, that is 50 respondents. The research method used multiple linier regression analysis method. Result of research and hypothesis show that Leadership, and Motivation, Partially influence to Job Satisfaction, This result is indicated by Leadership variable T-hitung 3,680> T-table 1,679 and Sig. 0.001 <Sig. 0.05 and Variable Motivation value T-hitung 5.829> T-table 1.679 and Sig 0,000 <Sig. 0.05. while the working environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction This result is shown by Working Environment variables T-hitung 1.369> T-tabl 1.679 and Sig 0.347 <Sig 0.05.
