PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVERTERHADAP PRICE BOOK VALUE
(STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR OTOMOTIF YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013 - 2017)
Abstract
A high increase in company value is a long-term goal that should be achieved by the company which will be reflected in the market price of its shares. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover on Price Book Value in sub-automotive public companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover, while the dependent variable is Price Book Value (PBV) which is a calculation of Company Value. This research is a quantitative research using purposive sampling technique in determining samples, and obtained 11 companies from 13 companies. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression model using (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) SPSS 25. The results show that the Current Ratiot does not have a significant effect on Price Book Value while the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover have an effect significant to Price to Book Value.
