Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of prices on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This research is an explanatory study, the population in this study were customers at BEAU STORE West Jakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was tested for reliability and validity. The research sample used random sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis with SPSS. The results of this study are the quality of the product has an effect on the purchasing decision, the price has an effect on the purchasing decision, the quality of service has an effect on the purchasing decision.
