ANALISIS KELAYAKAN PENGEMBANGAN USAHA THAI TEA DI JL. PONDOK BETUNG RAYA, TANGERANG SELATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE CAPITAL BUDGETING TAHUN 2019-2013 FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS BUDI LUHUR

Abstract

The rapid economic development gave rise to various types of new businesses, which ultimately increased competition. Lifestyle changes in big cities with a high level of activity have changed the consumption patterns of the people. Today, people want everything practical, including in the case of drinks. Analysis of the feasibility of a business is reviewed using Capital Budgeting and in using the feasibility analysis, the valuation method is used to calculate Payback Period, Net Present Value, Average Rate of Return, Profitability Index and Discounted Payback Period on optimistic, moderate and pessimistic in return on investment. This analysis takes the object of an investment assessment of Thai Tea business development on Jalan Pondok Betung Raya, South Tangerang. Based on the analysis by the capital budegting method, the optimistic, moderate and pessimistic version of the business is feasible.
