Abstract

Human resources (HR) Is very valuable for each organization and makes a major contribution to the organization because employees work and act to achieve organizational goals. Organizational goals can be achieved through high organizational commitment that is influenced by individual characteristics and job satisfaction. Vocational High School (Vocational School) is one form of formal education unit that provides vocational education at the secondary education level as a continuation of junior high school, MTs, or other equivalent forms. Schools in education and vocational types can be called Vocational High Schools (Vocational Schools) or Vocational Aliyah Madrasas (MAK). The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of leadership, work motivation, work discipline and work environment significantly influence teacher performance in vocational schools YAPIA, Tangerang Selatan. Sampling is a Non Probability Sampling, which is a method of sampling saturated or as a whole as many as 50 respondents. The method of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results and hypotheses show that Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment significantly influence Teacher Performance, these results are indicated by the calculated F value of 41.098> F table 2.81 and the Sig. 0,000 <0,05. Partially Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, while Leadership does not affect Teacher Performance.
