Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of quality of work life, motivation, and job stress on employee job satisfaction at the central Office of Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Televisi Republik Indonesia, Jakarta. The population in this study whole employees at the central Office of Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Televisi Republik Indonesia. The sample of research is using simple random sampling with 93 respondents in total. Data is collection by distributing questionnaire using Likert scale. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study is the quality of work life influences the employee job satisfaction, motivation does not influences the employee job satisfaction, job stress influences the employee job satisfaction.
