Abstract

Human resources (HR) has a very important role in a company organization, especially when compared with other resources. Through the potential possessed by humans, the organization can achieve success in achieving the goals that have been established as a determinant of organizational success in achieving goals. Quality performance system will be able to improve the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study to determine whether leadership, compensation, motivation and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees in the Laboratory Medika Group. The population in this research is employees of Medika Laboratory Group. Sampling technique is saturated sampling that take all sample as much 50 respondents. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in this study is in the form of questionnaire and assisted with Likert scale. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach. The study was used to analyze the results of respondents on the questionnaire ang given, then the data is processed using software SPSS 20. Results of multiple linear analysis The research method using multiple linier regression analysis method. Y = 0.585 + 0.515 X1 + 0.388 X2 + 0.264 X3 + 0.522 X4 + € so partially the leadership, compensation, motivation and work environment significantly influence employee productivity in Medika Laboratory Group coefficient of determination analysis (R2) indicates that leadership variable (X1), compensation (X2) motivation (X3), and work environment (X4) had an effect of 81.5% on employee performance in Medika Laboratory Group.
