PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN TIDAK TETAP PADA PT INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA
Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the Compensation, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction effect on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The population in this study are employees Variable PT Indomarco Prismatama. The study population of 50 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis method used is the classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results and this hypothesis indicates that the variable compensation and job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance, these results indicated by the variable compensation value arithmetic 10.160 T> T table 1,678 and sig. 0,000 <0,05 and job satisfaction variables calculated value 2.636 T> T Table 1, 678 and sig. 0.011 <0.05. While organizational communication variables have no effect on employee performance
