PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA BARISTA KACAMATA KOPI TAHUN 2018

Abstract

This research purpose to explain influence skill, work experience, dan compesation against kacamata kopi Barista performance. This research uses a quantitive approach with the subject of research is Barista which helps in the formation of kacamata kopi totaling 15 people. Data were collected by questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed by linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research shows that the skill affect the performance of Barista, work experience doesn’t affect the performance of Barista, and compensation affect on the performance of Barista.
