Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance, job training on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and the influence of leadership, job training, organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive. Data collection of respondents using questionnaires. The number of samples in this research 67 respondents. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling. Data processed by using SPSS version 22. The result analysis showed leadership give no effect on employee performance, job training give effect on employee performance, organization culture give effect on employee performance, and leadership, job training, organization culture give effect on employee performance.
