Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Recruitment, Training, and Career Development significantly influence Employee Performance in Cv. Bangun Mulia Persada. Population in this research is employee Cv. Bangun Mulia Persada. Sampling technique is probability sampling that take all sample as much 50 respondents. To draw the sample in this study the authors use proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument used as a measuring instrument in this study is in the form of questionnaire and assisted with Likert scale. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach. The study was used to analyze the results of respondents on the questionnaire given, then the data is processed using SPSS 22 software. The results of research using multiple linier regression analysis method. Y = 1.706 + - 0.086 X1 + 0.161 X2 +0,896 X3 + € so partially Recruitment, training and career development have a significant effect on employee performance in Cv. Bangun Mulia Persada. Determination coefficient analysis (R2) shows that the variable of Recruitment (x1), Training (x2), and career Development (x3) have an effect of 92,1% to Employee Performance in Cv. Bangun Mulia Persada.
