PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK PRIMA UNGGUL TANGERANG

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to find out whether Principal Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Competence significantly influenced Teacher Performance at SMK Prima Unggul Tangerang. The population in the study were all teachers at SMK Prima Unggu Tangerang. Sampling technique is non Probability Sampling, that is the way of sampling in saturation or as a whole counted 40 respondents. This research method using multiple linier regression analysis method. Partially Organizational Commitment and Competence have a significant effect on Teacher Performance, while Leadership Style of Leader has no significant effect on Teacher Performance.
