Abstract

Human Resource Management considers that employees are a wealth of the organization's main assets that must be managed properly. The presence of human resource management is so important for companies / institutions in organizing, controlling, carrying out and using human resources so that it can function productively, effectively and efficiently to achieving organizational goals. Human Resource Management is a policy and practice in carrying out human resources. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Work Motivation, Discipline and Stress significantly influence Employee Performance in the Puskesmas Kelurahan Kenari. Population in the study are all Puskesmas employees Kelurahan Kenari. The sampling technique is Non Probability Sampling, which is the method of sampling saturated or as a whole as many as 45 respondents. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and the hypothesis show that Work Motivation, Discipline and Stress significantly influence Employee Performance, this result is indicated by the value of Fcount 7.146> Ftable 2.83 and the value of sig. 0.001 <sig value. 0.05. Partially Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while Job Stress does not affect Employee Performance.
