Abstract

This research aims to analysis the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, and Firm Size on Capital Structure in the company sun-sector Automotive and Component for 2012-2016 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, and based on the criteria which has been determined and obtained the total sample of 12 company sub-sector automotive and compenent from the total population of 13 cmpanies. Data analysis method used was testing multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS program version 20.0 with stepwise method and Microsoft Excel 2010. The result shows that Current Ratio variable has negative and significant effet on Capital Structure, Return On Equity variable has no effect on Capital Structure, Total Asset Turnover has positive and significant effet on Capital Structure, and Firm Size also has no effect on Capital Structure.
