Abstract

The research is meant to test the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover to Capital Structure. Population in this research is all company of manufacture company sub-sector metal and its kind on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 16 companies for the period 2012-2016. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling, so the final sample obtained is 9 companies. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis, with independent variable Current Ratio, Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover. Dependent variable Capital Structure. The results showed that Current Ratio had a significant effect on Capital Structure, while Retrun On Equity and Total Asset Turnover has no effect on Capital Structure.
