PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI LEMBAGA PENYIARAN PUBLIK TELEVISI REPUBLIK INDONESIA (LPP TVRI) JAKARTA PUSAT

Abstract

This study aims to influence the organizational culture , occupational helt ans safety, and Work Environment On employee work productivity at Lembaga Penyaran Publik Televisi Republik Indonesia (LPP TVRI) head office. Population in this research is elementary teacher of Islamic university Al Syukro Universal Ciputat South Tangerang. The population of this study were all employees at (LPP TVRI) head office in the amount off 1228 people with a sample of  93 people. The research sample was determind by using simple random Sampling using Saturated Sampling Technique and referring to the taro yamane. The statistic method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The result of this research and hypothesis indicate that the health and safety  variablesand the work environment has a  positive influence on work productivity this result is indicated by the value of T arithmetic 2,97< T table 1.662 and sig. 0,004 >0.05 and work environment T arithmetic 4,680 > 1,662 While the organizational culture variable does  not affect employee work productivity.
