Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of net profit margin, structure asset, total assets turnover, and firm size on capital structure in companies whose shares are incorporated in jakarta islamic index in stock exchange indonesia period 2012-2016. The sampling technique using purpusive sampling technique, with a total 15 samples of companies whose shares are incorporate in the jakarta islamic index of a population of 30. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of audited financial statements for the period 2012-2016. Research method used is hypothesis testing. The result showed that net profit margin, total assets turnover, and firm size affect to the capital structure. While the asset structure does not affect the capital structure of the company whose shares are incorporate in the jakarta islamic index.
