DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN PANCORAN JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
Human resources are basic capital plays an important role in achieving company goals. Therefore the company manages and develops HR well. The purpose of this study is to determine whether work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction influence the performance of Pancoran District Health Center staff in South Jakarta with sampling techniques using purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 37 people. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show the value of R Square (R2) or square of R, indicating the determinant coefficient. Adjusted R Square shows that 0.718 means 71.8% of the value of Employee Performance influenced by Work Discipline variables, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction. While the rest of (100% -71.8%) 28.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The equation of multiple linear regression formed is Y = (-3,106) + 0,276 X1 + 0,737 X2 + 0,174 X3 + €. The conclusions of this study indicate that Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in Pancoran Jakarta District Health Center, Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in Pancoran District Health Center, Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance at Pancoran District Health Center Jakarta.
