Abstract

One very important factor in an organization is humans. Whether it's an organization on a large scale like a country or on a smaller scale like an organization. This is because human resource management is the driver of all activities within the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture influence the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tangerang Branch with sampling techniques using saturated sampling with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The research method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the value of R Square (R2) or square of R, indicating the determinant coefficient. Adjusted R Square shows that 0.762 means that 76.2% of the value of Employee Performance is influenced by variables Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture. While the rest of (100% - 76.2%) 23.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The equation of multiple linear regression formed is Y = (-2,176) + 0,922 X1 + 0,024 X2 + 0,126 X3 + €. The conclusion of this study shows that Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tangerang Branch, Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tangerang Branch, Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tangerang Branch.
