Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to know how the influence of optimal attention should be given to employees as human resources that exist in the company to obtain Turnover Intention as expected. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation, and Work Environment to Turnover Intention Section of SMEs. This research was conducted at BPRS Treasure TangerangCiledug Human Beings Tangerang Part Umkm 50 employees of SME section as the research sample. The method used in this research is Likert scale, saturation sampling technique, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the partial variables Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation influence on Turnover Intention, while the Work Environment variable has no effect on Turnover Intention. Simultaneously, Job Satisfaction variable, Work Motivation and Work Environment have an effect on Turnover Intention. The result of coefficient of determination or Adjusted R square (R2) of 0.664, that number means Turnover Intention value is influenced by Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Work Environment of 33,6%.
