Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know whether work satisfaction, work stress, and work environment influence significantly toward turnover intention at PT. Serpong Media Utama. The population of the research is all works of PT. Serpong Media Utama. The method used in this research is Likert scale, technique of taking sample is non-probability sampling that is a technique of taking sampling randomly or all population works that are about 50 employees and use method of multiple regression linear. The result of this research and hypothesis shows that variable of work satisfaction and work environment partially influence significantly to turnover intention, meanwhile variable of work stress does not influence to turnover intention simultaneously, variable work satisfaction, work stress and work environtment influence to turnover intention. The result of determination coefficient or adjusted R- Square (R2) is 0.726, the number means the value of turnover intention is influenced by work satisfaction, work stress, and work environtment is 72.6%.
