Abstract

This research is to analyze of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and activity to the capital structure in property and real estate company from period 2012-2016 with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research sample of 39 company from a population of 49 property and real estate company. This research used methods is a descriptive statistic method with analysis of classical assumption test, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination analysis by using program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 with enter method. The result of the analysis shows that the liquidity and activity have significant effect to the capital structure. Meanwhile, profitability and asset structure to does not significant effect to the capital structure.
