Pengaruh Return On Asset, Struktur Aktiva, Risiko Bisnis, Ukuran Perusahan, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Struktur Modal

(Studi Empiris pada 15 Perusahaan Publik Sektor Pertanian Periode 2012 – 2016)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine relation from Return On Asset, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Size Firm, Managerial Ownership and Sales Growth to Capital Structure. As known agricultural sector have big contribution as provider of food, raw material, contributor of Gross Domestic Bruto et al. Population in this research is all company of agricultural sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 21 companies for the period 2012-2016. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling, so the final sample obtained is 15 companies. The tool in this research is Econometric View 8 as well the method used regression of panel data with random effect model. The results showed that Return On Asset, Size Firm, Managerial Ownership and Sales Growth have a significant affect on Capital Structure. While Asset Structure, Business Risk does not affect on the Capital Structure.
