Abstract

Organizational Performance is the result or performance of employees in the value in terms of quality and quantity based on work standards determined by the company. Good organizational performance and a high work ethic will help the company to meet the company's goals and help the company make a profit, whereas if the organization's performance declines and bad will hurt the company. The performance of an employee plays an important role for an organization, because the performance of each employee contributes to the achievement of the performance of every organizational function and in turn the performance of organizational functions contribute to the achievement of organizational performance. Therefore, the company must be able to manage employees well in order to maximize organizational performance and there is no conflict between employees and the achievement of employee job satisfaction. The population in this study includes universities in South and West Jakarta period of October to December 2017. Determination of the sample in this study using method is based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis techniques in this study using AMOS SEM analysis tool. The result showed that the correlation between Learning Organization and Organization Performance yielded p value of 0.00 <0.05, and its CR value was 3.802> 2.00 (CR value limit 2) and, correlation between information, knowledge, management with the performance of SMEs resulted in a p value of 0.025 <0.05, and its CR value of 2.240> 2.00 (CR value limit ≥ 2), which means Learning Organization and Information Knowledge Management partially affect the performance of the Organization.
