ANALISIS PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN PRODUK DI RUMAH MAKAN BAKSO TITOTI, CABANG CILEDUG, TANGERANG

Abstract
This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of companies in a very tight competition and take advantage of any existing opportunities and minimize the threat faced by the company to excel in the competition. The problems raised in this thesis is to analyze the external and internal factors, SWOT Matrix, IE Matrix, what alternative strategies used by the company to face competition and company performance.This research is done by survey method (interview and observation) to branch managers and staffs who know SWOT company and consumer company, and the result is then analyzed by SWOT analysis method consist of Internal Factor Analysis Strategy Evaluation (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Strategy (EFAS), SPACE Matrix, Quantitive Strategic Planning Matrix Analysis (QSPM).
